For those who aren't familiar, Drifting is a driving technique where the driver intentionally oversteers while maintaining control, causing the car's rear wheels to lose traction and slide sideways through a turn. It's a skillful maneuver that involves balancing throttle, steering, and brakes to keep the car in a controlled drift around corners. Originating in Japan, drifting has become a popular motorsport, with drivers competing to execute the most precise, stylish, and controlled slides. It requires significant practice and car control, making it both a technical challenge and a spectacle in motorsport events.
We're not too sure how much can be said about this new brand yet but suffice to say that it's very cool and the owner is doing everything right by getting the product line perfect. The designer is a top level professional in their industry and now the designs have been completed, they are inspecting the products at the factory first hand and making changes to ensure everything is perfect. They're talking to distribution in multiple countries, planning their website and are having important brand/lifestyle content shot for the website and socials in order to build a library of their own images ready for when it launches.

There are a huge amount of stills to look through - shooting burst mode and tracking cars skidding along with some awesome video shot @ 4k/120fps shot on the Sony fx6. Pulling focus manually at 400mm, tracking cars doing 40mph was a challenge but one that is always welcomed!  We've very excited to share the content.

Thanks to Chris Kemmish and the team at Zoyland Drifting for accommodating us and for the referral to the new brand!! 🚘💨💨💨💨💨
