Most of our jobs are director-led, one or two people shoots. One brain (usually founder Justin) directing, shooting (DOP + camera op) and often handling sound and lighting. Justin E. Krause - BSc (hons) Studio & Performance Technology
Executive Creative Director IMPACT 20twenty | Director, DOP & Photographer
Justin has a love of all things tech, travel and music related! Having worked around the world with his successful Wedding & Portrait Photography business, Justin Krause Photography (JKP) and with his previous role as Senior Visual Content Specialist with Toolstation for over 12 years, he's developed a keen eye for perfection and a love of story telling through photography and film, be it for Brand Commercials or Promos, new range launches, individual product videos to internal communications and training videos.
With JKP Justin noticed an increase in the requests for Commercial Photography along with a shift to more video content being devoured online. Identifying a gap in the immediate local market he discussed the ideas with peers with a view to fulfil the requests from businesses looking to improve their brand image both online and in print. After a period of research, IMPACT 20twenty was born in the January of 2020. With a view for brand expansion always in view, for the first year he operated as a Sole Shooter, shooting a variety of photography and video in a hybrid role for website, social media content and print for hotels, estate agents, restaurants, builders and landscapers.
Random Fact: Justin Applied to the RAF for Pilot Officer and was accepted for Initial Officer Selection at RAF Cranwell. He was top of his class for aptitude and team building but unfortunately progression was halted due to failing the medical due to eyesight. He has 21 Hours towards his Private Pilots License, going solo in under 10 hours training.

Aaron Holden
Chief Technical Officer IMPACT 20twenty
Starting to write code at the age of 7 on a ZX Spectrum, Aaron is no stranger to pretty much anything tech related to the internet, websites, hosting and database management. A Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant and Integration Specialist he combines in-depth technical knowledge with a natural flair for stakeholder engagement and leadership. He architects innovative solutions, delivers the business objectives and facilitates company growth.
Throughout Aaron's career he has shown himself to be a tenacious problem solver, adept at creating a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and best practice and really thrives when shaping the future of a business through the maximisation of existing systems and the adoption of emerging technologies. In the infamous (and possibly paraphrased) words of Vanilla Ice: "If there was a problem, yo I solve it, check out the hook as Aaron resolves it!"
Random Facts: Likes 3D printing. Plays a bit of guitar. Travels a lot. Is a Trustee of Fiveways Special Needs School. Favourite food is grilled octopus.

Ed Powell - BA (Hons) Media Communications & Film
Non-Executive Producer
With a wealth of experience spanning both the professional media industry and higher education, Ed Powell brings a strategic and creative vision to the IMPACT 20twenty team. A wearer of many hats, Ed is a highly capable Director, Cinematographer, and certified Drone Pilot with a talent for bringing complex projects to life.
His industry background includes working with a number of media companies where he honed his skills in video production and marketing. This practical experience is complemented by his significant role in education as the Course Leader for Media at Bridgwater & Taunton College. In this position, Ed is responsible for shaping the curriculum and mentoring the next generation of creative talent, a testament to his expertise and deep understanding of the media landscape.
This unique blend of hands-on production skill and strategic educational leadership makes Ed a vital asset to our projects, ensuring every production is not only creatively compelling but also intelligently structured to meet its goals.
James Wiggens
Podcast Studio Manager, Videographer, Camera Op & Live Sound Engineer
James "Wiggs" Wiggans is a versatile and highly experienced live sound engineer with a career that has taken him across the UK and Europe, working with a diverse range of artists and festivals.
His primary expertise lies in Front of House (FOH) and Monitor engineering. He has a strong reputation in the UK's festival circuit, having worked as an audio engineer at major events such as Glastonbury Festival, Boomtown Fair, Shambala and Beautiful Days.
Beyond festivals, James has toured with numerous artists, handling their live sound in venues of all sizes. His technical skills are complemented by his work as a talented videographer and camera operator for live events, giving him a comprehensive understanding of live production.
As part of the IMPACT 20twenty team, James brings this wealth of real-world experience to every project. He is adept at managing complex audio setups for interviews and is now heading up the new IMPACT 20twenty Podcast Studio as its lead recording engineer.
Random Fact: James and Justin met through their love of Electronic Music with James also a talented Music Producer.

Sam Pople
Photographer & Content Creator
With a sharp eye for capturing the energy of live events and a deep passion for music culture, Sam is a perfect fit for our creative ethos.
As the founder and driving force behind Doom Media, Sam has established himself as a go-to photographer and videographer in the UK's alternative and electronic music scenes. His work is defined by a dynamic, authentic style that gets to the heart of the action, whether he's in a packed festival photo pit or shooting intimate artist portraits.
While very much still running Doom Media, Sam's work with IMPACT 20twenty, will be to bring this high-energy style to our live event coverage and commercial work. He will be a key part of our on-location team, focusing his lenses on capturing the moments that matter for our clients at festivals, gigs and corporate functions across the country.
Bringing a wealth of experience from his work with bands, festivals, and brands, Sam's expertise in creating compelling visual content makes him a huge asset to our team and our clients.
Paris Garland-Green - BA Film & Media
Cinematographer/Camera Op, Photographer
Paris studied Film & Media at Bridgwater & Taunton College. He likes to wear black. Light black, dark black, black black, matt black and likes to accessorise these with black or dark grey cameras to complete the outfits. Editing primarily using Davinci Resolve, Paris has got Justin's eye for detail and perfection in not only the shot but also the post-production editing.
Using DaVinci is a huge bonus as means we can utilise two of the main NLE (Non-Liner Edit) Suites in Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve. With hands-on experience using Black Magic, Sony & Canon, both DSLRs and Cinema cameras, he's a huge asset for both shooting and post production.
Random Facts: Likes gaming and his favourite food is KFC.

Welfare Officer
A 4 year old Labradoodle (3/4 lab), Amazon Delivery Driver Advanced Early Warning System, giver of cuddles and all round lover of anyone who gives him more than a second of attention. Once a completely nuts, hyperactive and loveable rogue he has now calmed down significantly but he is still hugely excited to meet new visitors to the offices (please advise if you have any allergies before visiting).
