It was a great day with a proper festive vibe in town as always. Thanks to all involved to make this the success it is and especially our friend Rose from Timeless Images for her part in the top organisational skills again! The stalls were great during the day with a wide range of crafts and gifts, great food on offer and entertainment on the stage all hosted Dave Englefield from Sedgemoor FM. The fireworks were awesome and the town lights make Bridgwater look very festive!
The squibbing never ceases to amaze as a heap of folks from the Carnival Clubs each hold a flaming firework above their heads to see who's burns the longest. Not sure what they win to be honest, maybe just the years bragging rights but none the less, it's incredible to see. Visit us in Bridgwater and follow us for more from our great and historical town!
